Our Story
Benjamin Norouzi founded BN Architect + Associates with a clear purpose: clients deserve one team — not a chain of consultants. When architecture, engineering, and design work under the same roof, decisions stay coordinated, drawings stay consistent, and the vision you started with is the one you finish with.
Based in Laguna Hills, we work with clients throughout Southern California — from Orange County and Los Angeles to San Diego and the Bay Area. Our projects span residential, commercial, hospitality, and medical, and our in-house team carries each one from initial site survey through Title 24 compliance and construction administration.

With over a decade of experience leading residential and commercial projects across California, he oversees every project from initial concept through permit approval — ensuring that design vision and technical execution remain aligned at every stage.
Sassan Pedramrazi
Senior Architect, AIA
Sassan leads architectural review across the firm’s residential and commercial projects, working closely with clients to develop design concepts that meet their needs while ensuring full alignment with building codes and safety standards. As a licensed architect and AIA member, he brings deep expertise in producing thorough construction documents and coordinating design intent across all project disciplines.
Jesse Landers
Senior Engineer, P.E. — Structural
A California-licensed Professional Engineer with over 13 years of experience, Jesse specializes in residential and commercial structures — custom homes, remodels, additions, ADUs, and commercial projects. He guides projects from early concept through construction, translating architectural intent into clean, efficient, buildable structural solutions. Known for practical detailing, strong coordination with design and contractor teams, and permit-ready documents.
Chee Kin Yap
Senior Engineer, P.E. — Civil
Chee leads civil engineering across the firm’s project portfolio, specializing in grading, drainage, and site design. With extensive experience navigating California’s complex civil requirements, he ensures every site is properly documented, compliantly graded, and ready for permit — working closely with the architectural and structural teams from the earliest stages of design.
Farhad Mohammadi
Job Captain
Farhad manages the day-to-day production of construction documents across the firm’s project portfolio. Working directly with the principal and senior engineers, he coordinates drawing sets, tracks plan-check comments, and ensures that every set of drawings is complete, coordinated, and ready for submission. His attention to detail and deep familiarity with California building departments keep projects moving efficiently through the permit process.
